rk99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1.1 These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the rk99 platform, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other electronic means.

1.2 By completing the rk99 account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the rk99 Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or competitions published on the platform from time to time.

1.3 rk99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of an updated version of the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.4 These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and are effective from that date.

2.1 To register a player account and use the rk99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rk99 operates a strict 21+ policy. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the rk99 platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming for personal entertainment is permitted under applicable local law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently suspended from the rk99 platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.2 rk99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where rk99 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements, rk99 may suspend the account, withhold withdrawals pending verification, or permanently close the account.

3.1 Each player may register one (1) account on the rk99 platform. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 When completing the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3.3 rk99 may require identity verification ("KYC") before permitting withdrawals or upon request at any time. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate, together with proof of the payment method used for deposits.

3.4 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your rk99 account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any third party. rk99 will treat all activity under your account as having been authorised by you.

3.5 rk99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if we have reason to believe that the account has been compromised, is being used fraudulently, or is otherwise in breach of these Terms.

4.1 All financial transactions on the rk99 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). rk99 does not apply currency conversion fees to deposits or withdrawals made in Taka through supported Bangladeshi payment channels.

4.2 rk99 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash (mobile financial service)
• Nagad (mobile financial service)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay (mobile financial service)
• Dutch-Bangla Bank (direct bank transfer)
• BRAC Bank (direct bank transfer)
• City Bank (direct bank transfer)
• Sonali Bank (direct bank transfer)

4.3 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. rk99 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals through the above supported channels.

4.4 Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to the player account within thirty (30) seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile financial service. Bank transfers may take up to two (2) business hours depending on the originating bank.

4.5 Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) are processed on the same calendar day. Withdrawal requests submitted after that time are processed on the next calendar day. rk99 targets a maximum withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for all bKash and Nagad withdrawals.

4.6 rk99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering, or where the withdrawal would result in a negative account balance after pending bonus wagering requirements are calculated.

4.7 Players may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in their own name. Withdrawal to a third-party payment account is not permitted and will be declined.

5.1 rk99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all rk99 promotional offers:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the specific bonus terms. Unclaimed or unfulfilled bonuses expire at the end of the validity period.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonuses apply to eligible games only. Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements vary and are stated in the specific bonus terms.
• rk99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.3 rk99 operates a strict one-account-per-player, one-bonus-per-household policy. Creating duplicate accounts or using shared payment details across multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

5.4 rk99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or any other form of dishonest conduct relating to promotional offers.

6.1 All wagers placed on the rk99 platform are final and binding once confirmed. rk99 will not reverse a confirmed wager except in the circumstances described in clause 6.3 below.

6.2 It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that the wager details — including stake amount, selection, odds, and game settings — are correct before confirming a bet or spin. rk99 accepts no responsibility for wagers placed in error by the player.

6.3 rk99 reserves the right to void any wager, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• A technical error or software malfunction caused incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes to be displayed or calculated.
• A sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered before the relevant market is settled.
• rk99 has reasonable grounds to believe the wager was placed in bad faith, through collusion, or through the use of insider information.
• The wager was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms.

6.4 In casino and slot games, the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game's originating studio and certified by an independent testing laboratory. rk99 does not modify the RTP of any game. RTP information for individual games is available in the game's information panel.

6.5 Live casino game results are determined by physical outcomes (cards, wheels, dice) managed by trained dealers in a real-time studio environment. Game outcomes are recorded and any disputes must be raised with rk99 support within 24 hours of the relevant game round.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rk99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances including pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, using stolen payment credentials, or any other act of fraud directed at rk99 or its payment partners.
• Money Laundering: Using the rk99 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise obscure the origin of funds.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one player account, whether directly or through associates.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multi-player games, tournaments, or betting markets.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any form of automated software to place wagers or interact with the platform without explicit prior written consent from rk99.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, display errors, or technical malfunctions in games or the platform cashier to generate profits.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with a payment provider for a transaction that was legitimately processed on the rk99 platform.

7.2 rk99 uses fraud detection systems to monitor account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is identified, rk99 may freeze the relevant account pending investigation without prior notice.

8.1 All content on the rk99 platform, including but not limited to the rk99 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and marketing materials, is the property of rk99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rk99 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the rk99 platform without express prior written permission from rk99.

8.3 Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Evolution Gaming remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by rk99 under licence. Players may not copy, reproduce, or distribute game assets.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, or events beyond rk99's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or internet service disruptions in Bangladesh.

11.3 rk99's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to rk99 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit rk99's liability for death or personal injury caused by rk99's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12.1 rk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, rk99 will use reasonable efforts to notify players via a notice displayed on the platform or via the email address registered to the player account.

12.2 Amendments to these Terms take effect from the date of publication on the rk99 platform. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the rk99 platform immediately and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting support at [email protected].

13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the rk99 platform's operating jurisdiction.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution procedures. rk99 will communicate the applicable escalation process to the player at the time the dispute arises.

13.4 All communications between rk99 and players regarding disputes shall be conducted in English.
